Advisory Committee


Business Advisory Committee

The following are brief profiles of each of the members of the Business Advisory Committee: 

Thomas Fairfull – Mr. Fairfull has had an extensive and successful background in business development as a strategic visionary.  Most recently he was the founder and chief executive officer of a public waste management company that formulated new technologies in the destruction of hazardous waste.  In that position he initiated programs that raised $30,000,000 in equity for the company that became a global leader in the technology.  Prior to this, he successfully founded and managed a public company engaged in perfume development.  In his current position, Mr. Fairfull is responsible for overall planning and implementation of Dynamic's business plan.  He is coordinating all facets of operations, including financing, manufacturing, marketing, distribution and client relations.

Gerald Solensky Jr. – Mr. Solensky has worked in multiple business platforms within his prestigious career. He started his career in the recreational industry in the capacities of sales, research and development, exportation, and retail distribution. Mr. Solensky then was invited to pursue a career in banking. His success has been recognized in increasing profitability, product image and branding, growing sales organizations and leading high powered management teams. Mr. Solensky has also most recently proven his success in CEO roles.  Mr. Solensky brings his experience from a wealth of corporate cultures to Dynamic, as we have welcomed him to the Board of Directors.

Sydney S. Harkema – Mr. Harkema founded and built one of Canada's largest privately owned transport and express companies (Harkema Trucking Group).  He served as President and Chairman of the Board of Harkema Trucking for 27 years.  He has since sold the entire trucking operation, cartage equipment and all eighteen terminals located throughout the country and has devoted his time to public service organizations.

R. Wayne Hoffman – Mr. Hoffman is a Chartered Accountant and business executive with one of America's finest companies, Deere & Company, a corporation that is customer driven and places a heavy emphasis on quality and teamwork.  He served as Vice-President, Finance at John Deere Limited and President of John Deere Credit for over 25 years.  In his public service, Mr. Hoffman is volunteering in the role of Treasurer of Christians For Israel Canada and Director for Christians For Israel International.

John Hultink – Mr. Hultink has been a self employed entrepreneur since 1973. Mr. Hultink has founded such companies as Paideia Press in 1973 and "True Remainder" book company in 1985.  In 1988, he also founded Book Depot and most recently founded Bookcloseouts.com in 1991. Mr. Hultink brings a vast experience in corporate strategy and retail market positioning.

James Payne – Murray James Payne comes to Dynamic with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.  An entrepreneur and leading businessman, Jim has experienced much success as an independent contractor/developer over the last 30 years.  Jim shares his business acumen by helping companies with smaller operations launch into global markets while securing a strong growth portfolio and economic security.  Many companies have relied on Jim to assist in launching a public profile, from grassroots preparation to the raising of capital with a focus on international markets.  Jim remains an active businessman in the City of Toronto and conducts his affairs with genuine integrity and common sense.

 

Scientific Advisory Committee

The following are brief profiles of each of the members of the Scientific Advisory Committee (in addition to Mr. Fairfull, whose profile is set forth above):

Sam Soliman – Mr. Soliman has been a valued member of the Dynamic team since 2003.  He is an Electro-Mechanical Engineer and his experience and expertise has made him a key member of the R&D Department.

Gerald Solensky Sr., P.E. – Mr. Solensky has been a professional engineer in structural mechanics, mechanical engineering and strategic planning/development of R&D programs for almost 40 years.  Over that period of time, he has been intimately involved in a wide range of manufacturing programs, including but not limited to projects in the automotive sector, the aerospace industry and the farming industry.  More specifically, he has been involved in such R&D programs as the Stealth Program for Northrop Technologies, jet engine manufacturing for Pratt Whitney and numerous other ground-breaking technology entities.
